The hotline can help facilitate the prior authorization process by determining
requirements, coordinating paperwork, and following up for a determination.
Policy monitoring
The hotline will monitor public and private payor coverage policies to
ensure you have the most up-to-date coverage information and answer questions
you have about insurance coverage and reimbursement for GAMMAGARD LIQUID.
Coverage appeals
The hotline will review denied claims, explain appeal procedures, make
suggestions for re-submissions, and follow-up throughout the appeal process.
