Educational Resource Kit for Newly Diagnosed Patients with Primary Immune
Deficiency (PI) is designed to provide your patient with an overview of
information about the human immune system and Primary Immune Deficiency.
The kit includes an interactive CD that takes the patient through an easy-to-understand tour of the world of PI, including information about PI, the human immune system, and diagnosing and treating PI. The CD also provides the opportunity to hear from patients and families who have been diagnosed with PI and are living with it successfully.
We've also included several documents about PI, sample letters to inform school officials and employers about PI, and information about unique support services from Baxter, including the GammAssist program.
